Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Zucchini, over Riced Cauliflower



This is a great dinner dish, even though i had it for breakfast.

Servings:2 large or 4 small
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chicken breast
Cook this together first, then remove from pan.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag frozen broccoli florets
2 medium zucchini sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
Let broccoli cook while you slice the zucchini. Let cook about 5 minutes more (10 altogether or until broccoli reached desired texture.)

Serve over bed of riced or shredded cauliflower.
